Cole Lawson offers our clients a range of fee structures and the flexibility to tailor an option to best suit your needs. 

Project fees: If your activity is a one-off or discrete PR project of less than 3 months' duration, we will quote a fixed project fee for your work and provide you with a range of up-front and deferred payment options.

Retainers:  Retainer clients have an ongoing relationship with us (eg. 3 to 24 months), benefit from the attention of a dedicated account manager, and pay the lowest hourly rates.Retainer clients can choose from a fixed monthly fee or a "pay as you go" option where the monthly fee is nominal and you pay a reduced rate for any hours worked.  

Casual hourly rates: Hourly rates are tiered depending on the seniority of the staff member required for your work. This option works best if your communication needs are unpredictable and if you only require small numbers of hours at a time.   

Media workshops: We offer set prices for half-day media training, full-day media training or keynote workshops. 

Cole Lawson also offers a range of payment methods and options. Discounts are available to our retainer and project clients for up-front and early payments. Credit card facilities and payment plans are also available on request.
