Jesse Grayson brings more a decade's experience in television and radio journalism to Cole Lawson. He uses his interviewing expertise to deliver highly realistic media training programs for our clients, and well as scripting and producing corporate videos.

Jesse began his career by studying broadcast journalism and communications before embarking on a career as a journalist and newsreader at Brisbane’s 4BC radio.

After three years in radio, Jesse took up a position as a television journalist at Network Ten in Brisbane where he has worked as a senior reporter for more than seven years. This has included time as a Chief of Staff, and as a reporter for general news, courts, politics, current affairs, and sport.

Jesse is also an experienced video and documentary producer, having developed and hosted the national documentary Weather Beaten that featured Australian natural disasters over the past 50 years. He is adept at developing digital content for traditional video, social media, and a range of other applications.

Jesse is skilled at assessing the comfort-level of Cole Lawson's media training clients and assuming interview styles to suit and develop each candidate's confidence.
