Executive Manager - Media Relations
Jesse Grayson is an experienced journalist, small business owner, and adviser to some of Queensland’s most senior politicians. Jesse brings to his clients almost a decade’s direct media experience, and senior contacts through the media industry in Queensland and nationally.
Jesse began his career by studying broadcast journalism and communications, before embarking on a career as a journalist and newsreader at Brisbane’s 4BC radio in 2000.
After three years in radio, Jesse took up a position as a television journalist at Network Ten in Brisbane where he worked as a senior reporter for seven years. This included time reporting on the full range of news stories, and working on specialist rounds in courts, politics and sport.
During this time Jesse founded his own media company that produced corporate videos and conducted media training for a range of prominent Brisbane businesses. This gave Jesse a direct insight into the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship and small business ownership.
Jesse is also an experienced video and documentary producer, and his company developed and hosted the national documentary Weather Beaten that featured natural disasters that have affected Australia in the past 50 years. He is adept at developing digital content for traditional video, social media (eg. viral videos), and a range of other applications.
