Managing Director

Margaret Lawson has more than a decade of experience in media relations and corporate communications, across the private, public and university sectors. She has been responsible for communications in a billion-dollar corporation, and worked as a consultant with prominent global and national brands. Margaret has worked as a journalist in Australia and the United States, and is the founder of the successful media web site “Expert Guide”.

Jesse Grayson
Executive Manager, Media Relations

Jesse Grayson is an experienced journalist, small business owner, and adviser to some of Queensland’s most senior politicians. Jesse brings to his clients almost a decade’s direct media experience, and senior contacts through the media industry in Queensland and nationally. 

Cortney Thomson
Senior Consultant

Cortney Thomson has several years' PR consultancy experience in London with one of the UK's top financial communications agencies, Financial Dynamics. In that role, Cortney consulted for clients including Credit Suisse Asset Management, Barclays, and Morgan Stanley. 

Sarah Sinclair
Consultant - Public Affairs

Sarah Sinclair is an integral part of the Public Affairs Team.  Sarah provides media relations service to clients in the aged care, not-for-profit and resources sectors.  She has degrees in journalism and business from QUT.  Her expertise is in the areas of stakeholder and community engagement, media relations, issues and crisis management and government relations.

Ingrid Rubie

Ingrid is currently completing her final semester of a Bachelor of Business (PR) and Bachelor of Journalism double degree at the Queensland University of Technology.

Office Manager

Lexine Webb commenced as Office Manager at Cole Lawson in May 2009. Lexine’s vast experience in management and customer service roles helps her to ensure everything runs smoothly in the Cole Lawson office.
