Judith Silva

Judith is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience at developing and executing multi-channel PR and marketing campaigns. She has worked with top organisations such as IKEA, TAFE Queensland and the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) delivering full-funnel multi-channel campaigns that drive alignment and growth across the marketing ecosystem.

With a proven track record of success in both B2B and D2C marketing, she's the perfect choice for businesses looking to build brand engagement, develop user experience journey mapping, and create compelling content. With a Master of Business (Marketing), Judith is adept at scaling marketing strategies across Brand, Growth, Social and Lifecycle. As a member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA), Judith has her finger on the pulse on the latest industry trends and practices.

Jackelyn Cross

Jackelyn ‘Jack of all trades’ Cross joined the team in 2017 after six years working in property and studying education and video production at QUT. Jackelyn is responsible for web and EDM development, as well as day-to-day co-ordination of the team and production jobs.

A born creative, Jacks applies her unique imagination and quick wit to deliver clever slogans, campaign concepts and artwork ideas.

Belinda Affran

Bel is an all-round creative player with over 15 years in the industry. With a passion for branding, she thrives in multi-disciplinary environments where she has the ability to work with like-minded clients and collaborators.

Bel loves to immerse herself in the hospitality industry and create a cohesive brand story from interior considerations to physical graphics, signage, menus and the digital experience.

Tayla Harvey

Passionate about consumer marketing and media relations, Tayla is a multi-skilled operator in the field with a strong tenacity for empowering consumer brands across Brisbane.  With a strong understanding of the hospitality and lifestyle communications landscape, Tayla has experience managing campaigns for brands including Spyre, Global Players Network, Accor, The Westin Hotel, and Domino’s.


Tayla holds a Dual-Degree Bachelor of Communications and Arts, majoring in Digital Media and English, with her industry exposure in journalism and public relations enabling her to efficiently decipher the media landscape and propel her clients into the spotlight successfully. Tackling each project head-on, she has an eye for creative direction, a love for writing, and a way of understanding clients and their pain points to uncover the best path forward for results.

Ashley Lusk

Ashley is an analytical thinker with a background in Philosophy, bringing a strategic approach to client liaison. Drawing on his experience in the government sector to deliver informed corporate communications. 

 Ashley carefully assesses tasks to identify potential issues early, ensuring that his work aligns with practical objectives and delivers meaningful results. With a versatile skill set spanning both creative and strategic domains, he connects effectively with clients, understanding their needs to drive successful outcomes.

Malcolm Cole

Malcolm is the Managing Director of SAS Group and Cole Lawson Communications, bringing extensive expertise in and around political and public communications and advocacy. Highly regarded as one of Australia’s leading communications and public affairs consultants, Malcolm draws on a wealth of skills and experience gathered over an extensive career.

As a senior Ministerial Adviser to the Foreign Minister, Malcolm managed sensitive and complex communications issues on behalf of the Australian Government.

Malcolm’s deep and long-standing political connections in Queensland date back to his tenure as State Political Editor for the Courier Mail. His insights and relationships have guided clients to successful outcomes across a wide range of government projects. He is known for his calm and precise management of crises and complex issues.

Malcolm is actively involved on the board of a charitable organisation, a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) from the University of Queensland, and a Masters of International Relations from Deakin University.

Allanah Muckert

Allanah’s career in strategic marketing and communications spans almost 2 decades. She has been responsible for developing and steering comprehensive marketing initiatives leading to sales and growth outcomes across multiple national and international companies. With a focus on brand marketing, client experience, digital and social transformation, Allanah has built and led high-performance teams in iconic marques, and played a key role in a handful of successful brand and product market launches in the Australian market.

Allanah has held leadership and executive positions in several companies across luxury retail and not-for-profit/association, consulted to start-ups and supported company founders in transitions to emerging brands. She is highly experienced in advising organisations on crafting, executing and maintaining market-leading strategic plans and campaigns and has a deep understanding of the media and communication landscapes.

Allanah holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing and Public Relations) from Queensland University of Technology.

Director

Natasha Exelby

Natasha is a communications and public affairs specialist. She is nationally renowned for her ability to generate positive publicity and mitigate unwanted media exposure across a wide range of industries, from elite sporting bodies to ASX listed companies.  

Her media connections and acute capacity to read a news cycle are derived from 20 years as a journalist, radio host and television presenter, reporting across the globe on the biggest stories of her generation.

Two decades of working with people from all walks of life is what makes Natasha excel in stakeholder relations, conflict resolution and high pressure, time sensitive situations.

Natasha is a member of the highly prestigious CNN World Fellowship. She has been an anchor for a 24-hour global news network in Turkey, and a reporter and television host for a variety of news programs and entertainment shows on Network Ten, Channel 7 and ABC.

Natasha also worked as a Political Correspondent in the Canberra Press Gallery. She’s interviewed every Prime Minister since Bob Hawke and has forged strong relationships with politicians on all side of government.

Her specialty areas are media and presentation training, crisis management, crafting key messages and creating media exposure that truly penetrates. 

Natasha also produces podcasts, documentaries and engaging video content for clients, utilising social media platforms and online streaming services.

Natasha obtained a double degree at the Queensland University of Technology. A Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Business majoring in Political Science and International Relations.
